Nancy Alder is a mom, writer and yoga teacher from the Quiet Corner of Connecticut. She teaches and writes about authenticity and acceptance both on and off the mat. Her practice is to live her yoga, not merely do poses. She emphasizes community and presence not perfection in her classes, her online sangha and in her writing. Her book, The Living Mala is available on Amazon. When not teaching or writing she is counting the days until the next snowfall and dreaming of teaching Jimmy Fallon crow pose.
