Mini Pecan Pie Tart Recipe

Pre-made mini pie crusts
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup dark brown sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chopped pecans

1, Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2. Mix together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl. Stir well.
3. Add the chopped pecans to the bottom of the tarts, enough to cover the bottom part of the tart.
4. Add the mixture to tarts and fill it close to the top.
5. Bake for 35 mins.
