Let’s talk about self love, y’all. It’s a lifelong process that everyone struggles with. Learning to be your own friend is important in not only maintaining mental health, but will help you be a better friend to others as well. We’ve all heard the phrase, “Treat others as you want to be treated.” Well, that goes for how you should treat yourself, too! The School Of Life has a lil’ self love tutorial for us to keep in mind when we start to doubt ourselves. It’s easy to think positively and encourage hope in friends’ situations, but it’s important to learn how to do that for yourself.
